Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Inspired Warehouse. Clothing items and hats in new condition (unworn/unwashed) and signs can be returned or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Items returned that are not in new condition or deemed by Inspired Warehouse as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. Items must be received at our facility within 45 days of ordering. If for some reason the item that you would like to exchange is out of stock or no longer in production, the Inspired Warehouse will notify you directly and may offer a store credit or refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, contact client@inspiredwarehouse.com with the subject ATTN:RETURN and we’ll make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Obtain a copy of the original packing slip or confirmation email from your order. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
